We had a great experience with Mold Medics! They were easy to schedule with and reasonably priced. They were even all great with pets! The technician who did the removal, John, was fantastic. He was very thorough in his explanation of the services and in his work. He was easy to talk to and passionate about his work. He was also very mindful of my cats and ensuring they didn’t get out. Very trustworthy from all aspects. I had many patches/spots of visible mold all over the bathroom ceiling and it was sparkling white when he finished. He also cleaned off everything else in the bathroom including the walls, light fixtures and even the vent. Highly recommend!

There’s a lot of conflicting information out there on how to handle mold remediation. Getting it done properly is not cheap, but working with mold medics has given me confidence that we’ve done the best we possibly can to keep our basement mold free. Thad patiently answered my millions of questions and the work team with Justin, Anthony, and Trevor were really hard workers and just lovely to work with.

When we moved furniture during spring cleaning my son found mold that came from our basement sewage pipe explosion. My service person was John and he explained the process very well. Our initial phone call for consultation was met with an immediate response and we were able to begin work in a timely manner. Mike came to our home and together showed me and spoke to me about what we were dealing with and the quick diagnosis of how to eliminate the problem we were experiencing. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and respectful our time. The work was down very quickly and in a very cost effective manner. Everything that we were told should be done and would be done was accomplished quickly. I would give Mold Medics 10 stars if I could. From the estimate to the job completion, they were professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. Ashley completed the estimate and explained the pricing. She worked within my budget to get the job done! The Mold Medic teams were fantastic to work with. Connor explained the process every step of the way. He was kind, considerate, and respectful of my pets. I would recommend this company, hands down, for mold eradication and duct cleaning.

I had a smaller mold issue in my RV after a roof leak. After calling some “competitors” I was told the job was too small and couldn’t find anyone to help. Called Mold Medics and spoke with Ashley. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone and tried her best to help me out. She got me in the next day to take a look at it. Her and Kobe took care of the issue right there and then in the parking lot! Very knowledgeable and caring and worked with me on the price. Big job or small I would highly recommend you give Ashley and Mold Medics a call!

I wish I could give them 15 stars!! Ashley & her team were absolutely amazing start to finish!! We were having insulation (by another company) installed in our attics but they found mold. They recommended Mold Medics and Ashley came out THE SAME DAY!!!! By the end of that week they were here and taking care of our mold problem. Affordable, quick, & trustworthy!
